These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to the paragraph below.

Nothing herein deprives a person qualifying as a consumer under Peruvian Law No. 29571 of the mandatory protections and forums available to them, including filing a complaint before INDECOPI.

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver.
